It was two weeks before the annual haunted football match. It was the biggest event in Atlantis every year. Shay, Bobby, and Joey had managed to get tickets for the match and the whole family were so excited to go. Peter rabbit came to wish the family goodbye, then a giant dog ate him; except it was not really peter rabbit he was at home the whole time. turns out it was a normal rabbit and a normal wolf – but this is everyday life in Minecraft world! The family switch to creative mode before going to the beach. Shay got 64 dolphin eggs and threw them into the sea right beside the big, huge bike boat. Most of the dolphins spawn instantly as adult dolphins, some as babies. Shay, Bobby, and Joey train the adult dolphins with raw fish. They put saddles on the dolphins’ and got ready to start their journey to Atlantis, as they looked back to the Island, they seen Creepers, zombies, endermen and ender dragons charging them on the beach. Joey called in his secret defence team. The big laser dogs and little fairies created a wall between the family and the mob of evil creatures.
Shay takes out his nether sword and charges back to the beach, Bobby appears on his left with a crossbow, Joey appears to his right – calling his chicken army to his side.
The fairies create the “wall of steal” and get the big laser dogs into defensive formation.
Then the attack starts, the zombies use flint and steal to blow up some Creepers against the fairies “wall of steal”. The wall explodes and leaves a huge hole for the rest of the army of evil to get to the beach. The bravest of the fairies, John Willyson stayed to try and repair the wall, but he was grabbed by one of the Creepers, john was so scared he did a big jobbie just before the creeper exploded, instantly killing the great and brave hero John Willyson. But this was the motivation that Joey’s army needed. The chickens charged for the hole in the wall. The laser dogs started shooting at the evil army coming in through the hole. The fairies run off and never come back. Shay uses the nether sword to chop off a zombie’s head and uses it as a helmet to trick the rest of the army of evil. Bobby uses a golden fishing rod to fish the ender dragon and throw him back where he came. Lasers pop out from the sides of the chickens and they start shooting at the approaching army side by side with their dog friends. Joey shows everyone how shiny his fishing rod is, the brothers tell Joey “as shiny as it is, this is not the time Joey”. Shay using the element of surprise, destroys the last of the army of evil; The family thank the laser armed chickens and dogs, then, they get back onto the Dolphins – finally starting their adventure to the deep, secret city of Atlantis.
The rest of the journey to Atlantis was eventless. They thank the pet dolphins for getting them to Atlantis with piles of raw fish, while they fill them in on the reasons, they came this week, the most special of weeks, to the great city of Atlantis:
Shay explains, “The haunted football match is in just a week, this year the Dolphins will face the TNT tumblebees. Its goanna be so good. There will be loads of shows and bands, before and after. But the best is always the half time show”. The pet dolphins are so excited they decided to stay around and enjoy the parties.
As the family walked around all the party tents, enjoying the smell of the wonderous food and the sounds of everyone as happy as can be, partying and having fun. They hear the thunderous roars of loud aggressive punk rock music and go to the arena to see who is playing. The “Punk rock fish” are playing on one stage, while the “punk rock turtles” rock hard on the stage across the arena.
The fish getting angry at the huge crowds swarming the turtle’s stage, throw TNT at the sound rig of the turtle’s stage blowing up all the speakers pumping out the hardcore rock of the punk turtles. The turtles jumping down from their stage, charge at the fish. Swimming down fast and hard the turtles eat the whole punk rock fish band.
The next morning it is announced that there is now a free slot for the half time show and there will be a battle of the bands to see who gets the final spot on the biggest and greatest of stages. Joey forms a band “Joey Down Deep” with his whole family; shay melts the minds of the masses with his mouth organ, Mammy hypnotises with the most angelic voice ever heard on any stage, Joey takes centre stage with his magic guitar, Bobby shreds with his enchanted trumpet, while Daddy carry’s the rhythm and timing with his enchanted drums.
Joey Down Deep get up early in the battle and amaze all that had come to see the day’s events. So dumbfounded almost all the other bands leave except one… The Rockin Dolphins!
The Rockin Dolphins take stage, it is the first time the family have seen their pet dolphins all week. It was down to this, the family faced off against their once loving pets.
It was the face-off round, the final round, bar after bar of the greatest music ever heard blasts out from both stages. The crowd split evenly between both bands leaves the judges an almost impossible decision to make. Daddy getting overly excited and too worked up starts smashing the drums in a climax to the most epic solo the likes of which have never been heard before or will be again. Aquaman holds up a hand to silence all and announce that the dolphins’ win by default because the Joey Down Deep’s cannot finish the battle without drums. The family laugh at Daddy, instantly forgiving him his moment of madness.
The day of the match finally arrives, the family take their seats and get ready to enjoy the most incredible of all events. The Final of the haunted football cup, the most giant of trophies made completely of iron.
The dolphins also take their seats beside the family. Most of which held no anger towards the dolphins for winning the battle of the bands – except one… Joey. Joey calmly walked over to the dolphins and without warning, ate them all in a single bite. He then, as if nothing had happened, strolled carefully back to take his seat.
While enjoying the pre-match party the family get smoothies and food, all silently agreeing not to talk about Joey eating all the dolphins. Then Joey catches out of the corner of his eye, the most beautiful lady instantly falling deeply and truly in love. Joey goes to talk to the lady and says, “I love you; you marry me?”; she, impressed with Joeys courage and adorable face, immediately screams “YES!” raising the biggest cheer of the day from the crowds near enough to hear.
The match finally starts to a wall of noise and excitement. The TNT Tumblebees get an early goal, the dolphins start piling on the pressure to the TNT goal, but a slip allows the tumblebees to break away fast and get a second goal. The dolphins, never willing to give up the fight, straight away start attacking again, eventually getting the goal they needed to get them back into the match. Just as the dolphins are getting a newfound sense of hope and believe the tumblebee get a third goal. The star of the tumblebees team “Big Red” gets a red card for hitting a dolphin in the eye with his wheel. The dolphins seize the chance to get a goal back while the tumblebees are still trying to reorganise without their greatest player. The minutes are ticking down, the dolphins still trailing push hard for an equaliser and with a few minutes left finally get the third goal they needed so badly.
The dolphins with the final kick of the game get the winning goal, their constant attacking and desire deserved.
The dolphins lift the iron trophy, and the victory celebrations begin.
The family went back to their Island. Shay and Bobby start working on a church for Joey’s wedding straight away. Shay and Bobby having already made the rings, began to train the dolphins to jump over parts of the Island for Joey’s most special of days. The brothers go back to their house on the island to check on all their animals, with Joeys soon to be wife in tow. Shay brings his baby polar bear for a walk. After the walk they go back to Joey’s room and we feed the turtles to get a baby turtle to carry the rings up the churches central isle. They head back to the church, saying their goodbyes for the night to Joey’s soon to be wife.
With the sun beating down on the golden sandy beach, to the backdrop of the dolphins jumping over head, Joey weds Jolene in a movingly beautiful ceremony.
The wedding party moves to the mountain to the polar bears house, all setup and ready for the celebrations to begin. The Polar bear was giving rides to all who wanted around the mountain. There was a bunch of tables, covered the fanciest of foods. There was: cakes, cookies, milk, water bottles, and the wedding cake, which was the most gigantic banana split in the history of Minecraft.
As the festivities died off and the last of the reveller’s went to their beds, the brothers sat together to think back over the greatest holiday they ever had.
